Well here goes! This could be a runner for my new and (hopefully) improved site which will house a small collection of my images snapped up upon my travels.

Never blogged before, but what the heck.  Will aim to keep it all somewhat related to photography, whether its about my travels, a plea for suggestions should I hit 'the wall' or just somewhere to post all my randomness!

I've always loved photography, have always been happy behind the camera.  Got my first DSLR in December 2009 and since then have taken it far more seriously.  Although still only a part time hobby, I can but dream of a future that is simply travelling with my loved ones to interesting places whether on my doorstep or far flung throughout the corners of the World, snapping as I go!

I'm always on the look out for new places to explore so should you have stumbled upon any hidden gems that you are willing to share, please let me know.  Most recently, I took part in the Cardiff Photomarathon, which is a manic 12 hour photographic even around Cardiff whereby you have 12 images (disseminated at intervals throughout the day) and 12 hours to complete a 12 image portfolio for submission.  Should you wish to see my entries please see my facebook album.
